I’m bringin somthin back!

I have decided to bring a word back made popular in the 80’s… I think. Everyone is bringing something back from: sexy, to porch monkey, to themselves. I have decided to bring back the word DIRTBAG!

The inspiration for bringing this word back is from a classic 80’s movie that I have fond memories of from my childhood. It has everything a good 80’s movie has: BOOBS, cursing, and my favorite, soundtracks that are overloaded with saxophone solo‘s!

Let me know if you know what I am talking about. I think if Frank reads this he might get what movie I am talking about.

I was at a bus stop today (what’s new) and a bum invited me to a 13 year old girls birthday party…he told me she was beautiful and the witch burning was tomorrow.

New View on Amy

Man I got some wicked bites on my leg, and they itch like crazy!!

So I was watching CHASING AMY (with commentary on cause I am a geek) tonight, and I have a new found appreciation for the flick. It was always one of FAT SMITH’S least favorite movies of mine.

I don’t know if it’s the fact that I have matured since the last time I watched the movie, (which I doubt) or if I watched the movie with different eyes. Some might say its cause I have been getting shot down by all the gay women I have been trying to pick up on at the gay bars.

One thing I do know is you got to love the dialogue in all of LUNCH BOX’S movies. I would say that he is one of my favorite dialogue writers. Kevin Smith and Quentin Tarantino are masters of dialogue and if I taught a screenwriting class I would analyze that shit to no end.

p.s. I got 1000 buffalo nickels in the mail today that I forgot I ordered a few months ago, I’m rich biatch!!!!

Why why why??

I am about to go to bed and for some reason I have to channel surf, and like always there is something good on, this time its Point Break.

Anyways…I was reading someone else's blog on myspace and noticed something that I hate. There is no way to look intelligent or even cool when you post a comment on some ones page and they end up reposting it five times.

I just noticed that when you type blog in Microsoft Word it is missed spelled. I bet next edition they add that as a word. Let’s see about podcast. Yep miss spelled, and the same with myspace. God, if anyone is reading this I feel sorry for them.

Keanu is about to bust out his knee!!! What a great actor, I predict that he will win an Oscar for best actor by 2010.

p.s. I am so glad the USA beat Japan in the little league world series!!!

John Hughes

Why were 80’s movies so awesome? Some how they captured an essence that I don’t think movies can these days. I hope in twenty years there is some one that is writing how 2000 movies are awesome, but I don’t see that happening.

John Hughes is the man he wrote so many classics in the 80’s. Ferris Bueller's Day Off one of my favorite movies of all times, The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Vacation, Weird Science, Planes, Trains & Automobiles, Christmas Vacation, and a lot more I don’t even know why I put so many. There are two many good ones, I guess I got carried away.

The closes director I can think of to compare with Mr. Hughes would be Kevin Smith. Don’t freak out and start yelling John Hughes is in his own class. I just think his library of dick and fart joke movies (Kevin Smith) is what we have in our generation to look back on as “our” NOSTALGIC movies.

Let me know who else you feel would be a better fit instead of Kevin Smith I am sure there are plenty out there.

True Romance

Well…I was planning on going to bed early (which for me is around 2 a.m.), but TRUE ROMANCE came on TV. Ill get back to my blog, the greatest actor of our time is on (Christopher Walken).

Shit! Right when Christopher’s part was over the TV auto tuned to Sci-Fi (yeah I’m a Geek), and now I don’t know whether to watch TRUE ROMANCE or KNIGHT RIDER!

I decided to watch TRUE ROMANCE, it is just to good.

I have nothing intelligent to say, but then again I never do.
